The Board will receive citizen input prior to considering an amendment to Section 3-100.3 that would provide for exceptions to the requirement that multi-family dwellings be served by public water and sewer.

 

 

9. Public Hearing: Rezoning Request - Watts Contractors / Ross M. Rickenscher

The Board will receive citizen input prior to considering a request to rezone from A-1 to R-3 an 8.96 acres parcel, located at 8832 Abilene Road (old Worsham School property).
