1. The Chairman will call the June meeting to order.
2. Invocation
3. Public Participation: Citizens wishing to address the Board are asked to please sign the Public Participation Register prior to the beginning of the meeting.

5. Consent Agenda: a. Treasurer's Report - March 2011; b. Approval of Minutes: April 12, 2011; May 10, 2011 @ 6:00 p.m.; May 10, 2011 @ 7:00 p.m.; June 3, 2011
: c. Review of Accounts and Claims; d. The County Administrator reported that checks have been issued pursuant to the order of the Board of Supervisors as to salaries, etc., the amount of which salaries have been heretofore approved.; e. Appropriations
6. Public Hearing - VDOT Six-Year Plan: The Board will receive citizen input prior to considering adoption of a six-year improvement plan for secondary roads in the County.
7. Public Hearing - Through Truck Restrictions on Route 735 and Route 600: The Board will receive citizen input prior to considering making a request to VDOT to restrict through trucks on Route 735 and Route 600 through the village of Rice.
8. Public Hearing - Special Use Request, Longwood University Real Estate Foundation: The Board will receive citizen input prior to considering a request from the Longwood University Real Estate Foundation for a Special Use Permit to operate a "woodyard" on a 17.6 acre parcel (Tax Map # 70-A-4), located on U.S. 460 near the Nottoway County line.
9. Public Hearing - Amendment to County Zoning Ordinance: The Board will receive citizen input prior to considering an amendment to allow "Personal Services" as a use in the Agriculture Conservation (A-1) District by Special Use Permit.
10. Public Hearing - Amendment to County Zoning Ordinance: The Board will receive citizen input prior to considering amendments to establish a definition and use classifications for "truck yard" and to add "aquaculture" to the existing definition of Agriculture.
