1. The Chairman will call the November meeting to order.

3. Public Participation: Citizens wishing to address the Board are asked to please sign the Public Participation Register prior to the beginning of the meeting.

5. Consent Agenda: a. Treasurer's Report; July 2011; b. Approval of Minutes; October 11 , 2011; c. Review of Accounts and Claims; d. The County Administrator reported that checks have been issued pursuant to the order of the Board of Supervisors as to salaries, etc., the amount of which salaries have been heretofore approved.; e. Appropriations

7. Request from Department of Social Services: Roma Morris, Director
8. Public Hearing: Rezoning Request of Muhammad Omar Alahbakshs: The Board will receive citizen input prior to considering the application for a Rezoning request from Muhammad Omar Alahbakshs to rezone from A-1, Agricultural Conservation to C-1, General Commercial, a 1.44 acre parcel located at 85 Railroad Avenue (Prospect Marathon property; Tax Map #019-A-70) for the purpose of operating Automobile Sales, Retail Sales and Personal Services and continuing the existing Convenience Store, Gasoline Station and Restaurant uses. The C-1 designation will bring the non-conforming uses into conformance.
9. Public Hearing: Special Use Request of Kenneth J. Hill: The Board will receive citizen input prior to considering the application for a Special Use Permit request from Kenneth J. Hill to erect a sign measuring four (4) feet by six and one half (6 1/2) feet advertising a Home Business on a parcel identified as Tax Map #67-8-1, and located at 7831 Green Bay Road in Rice. The sign will advertise a dog grooming business.
