7. Public Hearing: Initiation of Condemnation Proceedings to Acquire Certain Property Interests Necessary for County Purposes

The Board will receive citizen input prior to considering a resolution authorizing the acquisition interests in real estate for road construction purposes on land owned by Glad Hill Properties, LLC, Tax Map #051-A-36.

 

 

8. Public Hearing: Amendment to County Zoning Ordinance

The Board will receive citizen input prior to considering an amendment to the Prince Edward County Zoning Ordinance to allow Commercial Outdoor Sports and Recreation in the A-1 (Agricultural Conservation) Zoning District by Special Use Permit.

 

 

9. Public Hearing: Ordinance for Creation of Tourism Zones

The Board will receive citizen input prior to considering an Ordinance for the Creation of Tourism Zones.

 

 

10. Public Hearing: Ordinance for Adoption of a Tourism Plan

The Board of Supervisors will receive citizen input prior to considering an Ordinance for the Adoption of a Tourism Plan.
