The County of Prince Edward is accepting applications for a part-time Cannery Assistant at the County's Cannery assisting commercial food processors. This individual will perform the following: operation of equipment, record-keeping and filing (computer skills required), and outreach and publicity to the community. Food Science or food processing facility management background a plus. Continued employment contingent upon satisfactory completion of Better Process Control School.

Hourly wage dependent upon qualifications. This is a seasonal position with no benefits.
