The Prince Edward County Board of Supervisors
meets the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Board of Supervisors Room in the County Courthouse, 111 South Street, Third Floor, Farmville.

 

The Prince Edward County Planning Commission meets the third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Board of Supervisors Room in the County Courthouse, 111 South Street, Third Floor, Farmville.

 

 

 


The Prince Edward County Board of Supervisors and the Prince Edward County Planning Commission will hold a joint public hearing on Tuesday, June 9, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. in the Board of Supervisors Room of the Prince Edward County Courthouse, 111 South Street, Third Floor, Farmville, Virginia, to gather citizen input on a request of Ellington Energy Services, Inc. for a Special Use Permit to install one lighted free-standing sign with LED digital reader in a C-1, General Commercial District, and further described as Tax Map Parcel #022-A-70A1. The site is located at 1812 West Third Street, Farmville, VA (Pump & Pantry).

Ellington Energy Services, Inc. - Special Use Permit Application

 

 


The Board of Supervisors of Prince Edward County and the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT)
, in accordance with Section 33.1-70.01 of the Code of Virginia, will conduct a joint public hearing in the Board of Supervisors Meeting Room, Prince Edward County Courthouse, 111 South Street, Third Floor, Farmville, Virginia, at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 9, 2015. The purpose of this public hearing is to receive public comment on the proposed Secondary Six-Year Plan for Fiscal Years 2016 through 2021 in Prince Edward County and on the Secondary System Construction Budget for Fiscal Year 2016.

     Proposed Secondary Six-Year Plan for Fiscal Years 2016 through 2021 and the Secondary System Construction Budget for FY16

All projects in the Secondary Six-Year Plan that are eligible for federal funds will be included in the Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP), which documents how Virginia will obligate federal transportation funds.

 

 


The Prince Edward County Board of Supervisors
will hold a Public Hearing Tuesday, June 9, 2015 at 7:30 p.m. in the Board of Supervisors Room, located on the Third Floor of the Prince Edward County Courthouse, 111 South Street, Farmville, Virginia, to receive citizen input prior to considering a recommendation of the Prince Edward County Planning Commission on a request by Grace Chapel Ministries, Inc. for a Special Use Permit to install one freestanding electronic sign on property identified as Tax Map Parcel #021-A-10C, located at 45 Simpson Road, Prince Edward County, VA. This is an A1, Agricultural Conservation District.
