Prince Edward County Accepts Unsolicited PPEA Proposal for Conceptual Review
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS -- PPEA
County of Prince Edward, Virginia
Prince Edward County, Virginia has received and accepted for conceptual review an unsolicited PPEA proposal for the development, design and construction of a raw water intake from the Sandy River Reservoir, a water treatment facility, transmission mains to the anticipated growth area, distribution storage tank(s), and booster pump station(s). The County intends to evaluate this proposal and will accept for simultaneous consideration additional competing proposals for this project.
The PPEA proposal and the County’s guidelines for the implementation of the PPEA may be viewed at www.co.prince-edward.va.us.
For consideration, competing proposals must be submitted to Prince Edward County not later than 4:00 p.m., local prevailing time, on Monday, December 15, 2008.
