Resolution of the Board of Supervisors Approving a Four-Year Real Estate Reassessment
A general real estate reassessment must be conducted in accordance with Section 48.1-3252 of the Code of Virginia to determine each property’s fair market value and to equalize each property’s value in relation to similar properties. These assessments stand unless a change is made such as boundary adjustment, division of property, change in zoning, court orders, and new construction.
